This is one of kids’ favorite menus for lunch. Bikinnya lumayan simpel dan ga ribet (terutama kalo di rumah ada oven yang selalu ready hehe), bahan-bahannya pun ga banyak.
Saya mau share resepnya di sini, kali aja ada yang suka juga dengan bruschetta, daripada beli yang frozen ya, ini Insyaallah lebih sehat deh hehe.
Chiabatta bread or Baguette, half baked
Approx. 3 pcs large tomatoes (or more for medium one, can be adjusted), clean the middle parts and then chopped into small squares
2 pcs of garlic, make into paste
Approx. 1 tsp chopped flat parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp (or more) grinded black pepper
Approx. 5 – 7 tbsp virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 220°C, bake the bread until brown in accordance to the instruction on the package (usually approximately 10-12 min).
Meanwhile, prepare for the topping. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Don’t forget to taste the salt.
When the bread is done, take out from the oven, cut them in small pieces (or jusy half, whatever you like 😉), spread the topping on to one side of the bread, until finished.
Change the oven into grill position to make the Bruschetta more crunchy (i usually put my oven into position 5, but then when i grill them i didn’t close the oven door).
Grill the bruschetta for around 5 minutes until it gets a bit of brown color (or until it reaches the color you want).
Your bruschetta is ready to be served.
